Mr. Frank called in to say how great service was from Mike on 12/22/20. He was able to fix the issue and restore heat. He was happy with the price as well and he wanted to let you know that when cory was there in the spring he did a great job also.
He called in to try to talk to Mike R. He said he was great and his 9yr old grandson was watching him work and Mike explained to the grandson everything he was doing and the grandson told Frank that Mike even paid him for helping. Frank thinks that was very kind of Mike and it warmed his heart. He is very appreciative. The grandson told Frank if it breaks again he knew how to fix it b/c Mike showed him.
