Federal Elite Heating & Cooling was established in October of 1987. Steve Richards, founder, began his business with one other employee in a shop located near his home. His business has grown steadily by offering a wide range of quality products and services at prices that are affordable for everyone.

Mike Cohagen joined Federal and spearheaded the start up of the Indoor Air Quality Division.
We added a new warehouse for stocking furnaces and air conditioners so the needs of our customer could be met more quickly. We now have a total of 7000 square ft. of space.
We now have a sister company “Elite Heating & Cooling, Inc.” in Pataskala, Ohio. Between the two locations we have over 30 employees that are ready to meet the needs of our customers. Federal strives to keep you informed about the latest product advances and technology in the heating & cooling market. We continue to offer the highest standard of service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
